Mockup Design Delivery Terms

When placing an order for mockup design works you like (such as business cards, brochures, flyers, etc.), you are required to provide the necessary information via the form. Based on this information, once the selected mockup design is completed, it will be delivered only in JPEG and PNG formats, and the source file will not be provided.

If you have any additional revision requests, the extra revision option must be selected, and the changes you want should be clearly specified in detail. Each additional revision in this scope is subject to an extra fee.

It is highly recommended that the information and files you provide are complete and accurate. If an error is caused by us, it will be corrected with a free revision.

The delivery time of your orders generally varies between 1-3 business days depending on our work schedule and workload. The download links of the delivered files will be available in your order history.
