Custom Website Delivery Terms

For our custom website designs, after a preliminary consultation (written communication is conducted via WhatsApp & Viber), a detailed proposal file is presented to you. If you approve our proposal, you can start the project by signing the "Website Agreement". The work is carried out in accordance with the timeline specified in the proposal file, and you can track the project progress through a dedicated system provided specifically for you.

The project delivery time is determined based on the scope of the project and the delivery date of the materials to be provided to us. Before commissioning a custom website, we strongly recommend that you review our agreement.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Before placing an order, the payment infrastructure to be used must be checked and the website agreement must be read and approved.

Work will not begin without agreement approval.

If you request a catalog-style website, a maximum of 20 products will be added to your site. An additional fee will be charged after 20 products.

If you host your website on your own hosting, 1-year technical support will NOT be provided!

1-year domain and 1-year hosting are completely complimentary. Even if you do not request a domain or hosting, there will be no change in the price.
