Graphic Design Delivery Terms

When placing an order for the graphic design works you like (such as business cards, brochures, flyers, etc.), you are required to submit the necessary information to us via the form. Based on this information, the design will be delivered to you in PDF or PSD format, ready for printing. Additionally, upon request, the design can also be provided in JPEG or PNG formats.

Not all works are prepared in PSD format. Vector-based designs are delivered in PDF format to ensure smooth opening in programs such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW. However, some works may also be available in PSD format. The format and features of the selected file will be specified in the product details.

If you have any additional revision requests, the additional revision option must be selected, and the changes you want should be clearly specified in detail. Each additional revision in this section is subject to an extra fee.

It is important to ensure that the information and files you provide to us are complete and accurate. If an error is caused by us, it will be corrected free of charge with a revision.

The delivery time of your orders generally varies between 1–3 business days depending on our work schedule and workload. The download links for the delivered files will be available in your order history.
