1. Nature and Scope of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the delivery, usage, revision, and return conditions of all digital products provided by the Company. The products covered under this agreement are as follows:
- Downloadable Digital Files (downloadable digital files)
- Ready-Made Designs (customized pre-made templates)
- Custom Designs (bespoke/custom designs)
The Customer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement by purchasing a product via the website or payment platform.
2. Product Types and Delivery Methods
2.1 Downloadable Digital Files:
- After payment confirmation, a one-time download link is sent to the customer.
- The link can only be used once; no re-download rights are granted.
- Any technical or content revision provided by the Company on the files can only be made once.
2.2 Ready-Made Designs:
- The customer selects a design they like and provides the necessary information (text, logo, contact details, etc.) to the Company.
- The Company prepares the design in print format and JPEG format based on this information.
- Only one revision right is available per product; additional revisions may be made for an extra fee.
2.3 Custom Designs:
- Custom designs are prepared through direct communication with the customer.
- The design process progresses with revisions; the number of revisions is determined at the beginning of the project.
- A separate agreement is arranged for custom website projects.
3. Revision and Return Policy
- In general, there are no returns or second revision rights for digital products.
- Revisions are only valid for errors caused by the Company or incorrect information initially provided by the customer.
- The Customer is responsible for reviewing all explanations and product details before delivery.
4. Delivery Time and Obligations
- Downloadable files are delivered within a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- Ready-made designs are delivered within 3 business days after receiving customer information.
- For custom designs, the delivery time is determined at the beginning of the project and agreed upon with the customer.
5. Obligations of the Customer
- Providing accurate and complete information during the product order.
- Using the delivered files only within the scope of their own usage rights.
- Accepting additional fees in case the revision limit is exceeded.
6. Legal Notice and Agreement Clause
- The Customer is deemed to have downloaded the product via the one-time download link sent after payment confirmation.
- The Company may prove that the correct file has been delivered through system logs and email records.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Company
- Ensuring the security of delivery links and delivering them on time.
- Providing one revision right for ready-made and custom designs.
- The Company reserves the right to update, suspend, or terminate campaign or delivery conditions.
8. Usage and Copyright
- All digital products are delivered to the customer solely for personal or commercial use.
- Reproduction, distribution, or resale of the products without the Company’s permission is prohibited.
9. Protection of Personal Data
- The Customer’s personal data is processed and stored in accordance with GDPR and international data protection standards.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
- This agreement is arranged to be valid worldwide.
- In case of disputes, the law of the country/location where the Company is located shall primarily apply.
11. Enforcement
- This agreement automatically enters into force when the Customer completes the order process.
